Program Description
Suncatchers Nature Co-op is an outdoor homeschool enrichment program located in person at Palatlakaha Park, 1250 12th St. Clermont, FL 34711. Designed to support homeschooling families, our program provides a nurturing environment where children can grow academically, socially, and personally while learning in nature.
Students attend on Mondays and Tuesdays, receiving enrichment instruction in core academic subjects, including math and reading. In addition, students participate in engaging electives that support science, history, and the arts, helping them develop a well-rounded educational experience.
Our program emphasizes individualized support, allowing each child to learn at their own pace while building confidence in their abilities. We work alongside homeschooling families by providing meaningful academic enrichment and resources that help continue learning at home.
Beyond academics, students have opportunities to develop important social skills through collaboration, teamwork, and friendships with other homeschool children. By spending time outdoors, children are encouraged to explore, discover, and connect with the natural world, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
At Sun Catchers Nature Co-op, we believe some of the best learning happens when children are free to grow, explore, and thrive in a supportive community and natural environment.

Community Involvement
A Co-op for Families
At Suncatchers, we believe education is a shared journey. Parents aren't just observers; they are active partners in our outdoor classroom, contributing to our vibrant community through shared skills, collaborative projects, and seasonal gatherings that celebrate our collective growth.
